Ian Britton (left): Since leaving college, Ian has gained considerable working knowledge of the industry, and many years working for both his father's building company and for himself have gained him a solid and respected reputation, and a flexible and understanding approach towards his customers. As Director of Building, Ian oversees the progress of the Company's projects, ensuring that timescales are adhered to and that work in progress runs smoothly and efficiently. He prides himself on his careful selection of materials to achieve the best combination of traditional and modern building methods.
William Seaby (right): Before forming Willton Homes Ltd, William, who is a quantity surveyor, worked for several national developers and building contractors. Ultimately responsible for the cost-effectiveness and profitability of multi-million pound developments, William has gained considerable experience in handling budgets, decision-making and deadlines. He is responsible for the sales and marketing, and ensures that budgets are carefully monitored. His duties also include land acquisition, surveying, and the general smooth running of the office. Both suppliers and purchasers appreciate the professional, practical way in which Willton Homes Ltd is run.
